  • Wow what a Sherry! Bright but pale gold colour. Nutty nose with hints of sea side. Salty. Sharp on the palate, lightly oxidized. Dry appetizer with a lovely bitterness. Matched with a tuna lamb grass salad with a thin slices of Gorgonzola cheese. My sort of Manzanilla. Superior.

    Vaya, ¡menudo Jerez! Brillante color oro pálido. Nariz avellanada con toques de la orilla del mar. Saladita. Afilada en boca, ligeramente oxidada. Seca con una bella amargura. Maridada con una ensalada de canónigos, atún y lonchas de Gorgonzola. La clase de Manzanilla que me gusta. Superior.
