A jammy fragarent bouquet, with wild strawberry fruit but some spice and acidity to give it some backbone. New world fruit driven pinot, but elegant and well made too. I'd buy another bottle if I could.
Forward, but suave for the style, with pronounced aromas of ripe cherry, blueberry pastry filling, smoky oak, and black tea. Round, ripe and rich on the palate, nearly full bodied, and perhaps a touch hot, with tons of pomegranate and berry fruit flavors that cascade towards the finish.
