  Not austere. Soft lemony fruit and a touch of vanilla give this Chablis an easy to drink profile. Medium length, lemony acidity in the finish. I would expect this to remain in good shape for five or so years.

  Strong fruit on nose, lemon. Well balanced and dry, despite fruit on palate.
