Rich and full-bodied, but with good acidity to keep it quite balanced -- exactly what you expect from great Pinot Gris. Amazing what Zind Humbrecht does and how long they can age as this was still mainly primary with some secondary notes emerging. Nicely concentrated with good length.

  Beautiful color in the glas. Nose of note quite ripe pear and white peaches, honey and minerals. Full bodied wine with great acidity. A hint of maturity without being anywhere near over the hill. Very good 12 year old white wine.

  Mineral sluts need to give this a whirl. Lots of steel, chalk, pears, and a dash of peach, with lots of spice and minerals showing up on the long finish. Beautiful bottle.
