One of the better Yakima Valley Cabs from this producer in a few years. Deep and perfectly balanced with piercing aromas of smoky black currant and mineral. A slight and very appealing streak of herb under all that great fruit on the palate. Good finish. In a great spot now and could hold for another couple of years.

Either corked or just going downhill, and I suspect the latter. Drying fruit, more on the red profile, with gritty, slightly green tannins. Drink up.
