Pale pink-rose, watery rim. Medium(-) focused range of herbaceous aromas like thyme, rosemary, garrigue. Dry, medium(+) acidity, medium-medium(+) alcohol, medium(-) -medium body. Medium soft range of flavors of lemon, orange zest, herbs, pepper. Silky texture, tightly knit with with well-defined clean almost cutting finish. As expected given its age it developed into a complex wine, with austere qualities.

At 12$ from costco, a good buy for a good casual wine (we call it our hot tub wine). Strawberry and watermelon on the palate, with a not unpleasant almost bitter follow. Nose isn't as floral as you'd expect from a rose.

Banana, cotton candy and minerality on the nose. Mosltly minerality on the palate, hollow mid-palate, then the minerals return for a long finish with a strong tartness. It's not too sweet but it needs more acidity. OK on it's own and pairs well with some foods.
Four or five days after opening it's still holding up well. I actually hasn't changed much at all and may even be slightly better now that the edge has worn off.
