Another decent, well made, competent Sauvignon Blanc from Chile that does not blow you away. We have become accostomed to expect the wines of Chile to have some of those rustic, earthy, and tree bark flavors. The past couple of Sauvignon Blanc's we tried did not have them. Still a very nice wine. Kind of tame and easy on the palate. Good golden color. The nose is relatively typical, but missing some of that pungent attack on the seses. The honey, melon, lemon, and grapefruit is subdued in an almost watered down manner. Clean and almost crisp. Begins to disappear toward the finish that reminds me of mango

Very good Chilean Sauvignon Blanc, from an area better known for their big reds. Aromatic citrus fruit and flowers, good balance, medium finish, rich mouthfeel.

Color: yellow straw with some greenness. Nose: tropical fruits, grapy, citrus. Mouth: Not so much Sauvignon as I expected, more tropical fruits, especially pineapple, round with and oily finish. No so much of acid as you would think. Is it really 100% Sauvignon??
