Popped & poured. Smokey is the dominant taste, unlike last bottle. Minerals in there too. Wish I drank with NW clam chowder with bacon.

a nice chard that balences oak, butter and fruit. Some very nice vanila tones as well as what St. Jean would call "Creme Bruele". I like it and it is drinking well.

A very nice well balanced chard, good oak with some butter but certainly not a oily butter bomb.
