Classic CA Pinot, some smoke, earth, dark fruit on the nose, the palate is rich, viscous, dark and red fruit, some tartness, the finish is long, low acidity, no tannins coming through, a great Pinot @ this price, the highest quality Pinot I have ever had < $20.

Popped and poured at room temp. Nice nose of smooth jammy strawberries. Good acidity with noticeable tannins. Finish is smooth with a hint of tart, ripe fruits. Lots of lingering heat from the ALC of 14.7%. Great QPR @ $20.

(Point Concepción Pinot Noir Salsipuedes) Medium red color; appealing, effusive, tart strawberry, tart cranberry, mineral, light herb nose; tasty, tart cranberry, mineral palate, very appealing now; medium-plus finish (mainly 114 and 115, with a little Mount Eden clone)

Great pinot expression: red fruit and jam. Nice balance. Really happy with the QPR here.

This was nice, smoky, a little tart with more pie cherries than anything else. Little bit of leafiness. For sub-$20, not bad at all.
