Conclusion: Very good quality Spanish red with intense, highly complex aromas on the nose, the wine is powerful and with a robust structure, with the palate smooth and giving lots of enjoyment, good concentration and finish. Pnp, this is hardly ready, dark ruby, nose of dark currant, vanilla, licorice and tobacco leaves. Concentrated on palate, currant, creamy vanilla, smoky and a distinct floral note. But burning alcohol too. Needs a lot of time, but in the name of science....
Dense ruby core. Intense aromas of game and raspberry. Punchy on the palate with strong berry flavors and some mild spicy notes. Medium to full bodied wine with generous, lush tannins and a soft texture. Long spicy finish. Needs a few more years in the cellar to reach its full potential but is already drinking wonderfully now. Will easily keep for another 15 years +.
