  This vintage continues to impress.....dark and brooding to the edges.....drinks smoothly and with elegance.....stored properly, easily another 3-5 years....but OUTSTANDING now!

  Really brooding wine. Bacon wrapped dark fruits. Palate needs a couple hours of air to flesh out.

  Deep color, aromas of dark fruits and chocolate, full on the palette opening nicely over a couple of hours. Decanted bottle after about 15 minutes.

  Certainly better than the last bottle, but that's a pretty low bar to clear. Not doing much for me. A little bret on the nose and palate. Fairly hot, one dimensional fruit. Usually love all the Cain wines, but will just stick with their blends from now on. A little surprised they bottled this, bummed I bought three of them.
