Bought on release and stored in cellar since purchase. Still going strong. One hour slow ox and poured through an aerator, consumed over two hours. Served with burgers and it was outstanding. Structure still in place, sweet, lush black fruit dominates the palette. Last bottle, sorry to see it go.

Dark fruits and game meat, with a hint of tobacco and black tea. Well balanced acidity, and sweet tannins. Full bodied with good depth. This is in a good place now, still a big fruit bomb but more open than young Bookers, and with secondary flavors.

PnP with the first sip being wow. Dense fruit, herbs, espresso. Full bodied, long finish. Just great.
