Decanted 1,5 hour, served at 16C. Rich and opulent, black berries, prunes, menthol, tobacco. Velvety tannins, great volume. Excellent wine full of Pomerol’s noblesse. At its peak right now.

Quelle belle surprise. Je craignais un vin trop jeune, fermé. Mais les saveurs sont vives et exubérantes, sans excès d'artiices toutefois. Nez complexe et envoutant Aromes de Prunes, cassis, tabac fleurs sêchées. à boire maintenant! Mais possiblement pourrait se bonifier d'autant.

A wonderful wine. Ready to drink in my point of view. Decanted 2 hours. Cassis, leaves, tobacco. Tannins are perfectly integrated. Drank with beef fillet - veal/mushrooms could be a better match. Château La Clémence is a sure value in Pomerol (the 2009 was amazing!).

La Clemence Plums, flowers, chocolate, licorice and ripe, sweet jammy boysenberry scents pair well with chocolate covered plums, fennel and rich, opulent textures. 91-93 Pts

Perhaps a little high on the oak but it balances well with a very full bodied wine. Very nice and i think that it will improve greatly with time.
