  Finely aged Bandol, where have you been up to now in my life? Wow - this is absolutely delicious, superb combination of fruit, complexity (lots of mineral / iron notes here) and pinpoint balance, wrapped in a pinot like body. It is drinking very well right out of the bottle, but the fruit here is still youthful and fresh. This wine should have many more years ahead. 93++

  Stood the bottle up for a day before opening, then opened and allowed it to breathe for two hours. Color: brilliant dark brick; nose: black pepper, bright cherry, some cinnamon and red plum, all of which carried through on the palate. Medium-long finish, delicious wine. Wish I had more.
