Drank over three days. First hour of first day oak, black fruit and tar on the nose, similar on the palate with integrated tannin. Gets better after an hour with diminishing oak and more fruit and tar. Second and third day has much less oak but wet soil and forest floor - tannin and acidity low. In a good spot now but likely on the way down.
Decanted and drank over two days. Let breathe for three hours. Initially aroma of dark fruit compote and vanilla/oak with similar experience on the palate, grainy tannin and moderate fruit acidity. On day two the oak was less pronounced on the nose, giving way to pumpkin spices and cigar box with a bit of vanilla in background, dark fruit and some licorice on the palate, fruit acidity yet present with some tannic backbone. This will last a bit longer, but enjoyable now. Recommend several hours decant before drinking. Score 92+

Sadly my last L´Arrosee ever. Sort of a funeral.
Medium bodied, elegant and enjoyable but certainly time to drink up.
