Fritz Winery Dinner w Clay Fritz (California Vintage - Hong Kong): Rusty pink. Great pink fruit nose? Is that the color playing tricks w my palate? Nice fruit on the palate, still can't figure out the nose, but this is a smooth, on the porch summer drinker. Nice. This was pared w roasted red pepper soup. Some nice tension there and brings out a caramel finish for me. The Rose acids are doing a nice palate cleanse. That was fun.

(Fritz Winery Estate Rosé) Light pink color; delicate, light strawberry cream, orange cream nose; light-medium bodied, creamy textured, tasty, tart orange, tart strawberry palate with nice acidity; medium-plus finish 91+ points (a blend of Zinfandel, Malbec and a touch of Pinot Noir; one of the best California rosés I've tried this year)
