Just opened a 2010 I found, unfortunately I have 11 more of these. I did open this too late. It has a beautiful brick red color to it now on a positive not. On the other end of the spectrum it's lost most of its acidity and crispness that one looks for in a rose. Overall it still had a decent flavor profile, and I'm sure this was fantastic even a year ago!

Prob. drinking this a bit late at this point, but I just realized it was still down there and the weather's right, so...Gorgeous coral pink color to this wine. Nose is a little tight, with some strawberry, raspberry, and river rock coming through. Medium body and finish, medium+ acid, and flavors of the same red fruits, along with red apple skin, mineral, and a bitter citrus note. I won't score this since the fruit's likely faded from its optimal state, but right now I'm about 88 on it.

Typical Tavel salmon color. Medium light body. Nice acidity with raspberry and cherry base with the fruit flavors integrated into the wine instead of being forward.

gorgeous color and aroma, has a fresh squeezed fruit punch scent, creamy mouthfeel, bracing acid, Tavel minerality, bright and fresh red fruit, opened after weeks of rain on the first sunny afternoon, timing is everything, great food-wine considering how well it matched with bacon-ranch popcorn but left me daydreaming of crab stuffed mushrooms, phenomenal rose for the price

(Château de Trinquevedel Tavel) Medium pink color; floral, cantaloupe, creamy orange nose; tart cantaloupe, tart orange, mineral palate with medium acidity; seems a little pricey at $16; medium finish

Crisp and clean red raspberry and light cherry. Solid acidity from start to finish.
