(12%) 100% Melon de Bourgogne – Medium bodied with fleshy (aged sur lie) melon flavors too start before a framing spicy, mineral component emerges that leads to a crisp, lasting, saline finish. Clean, pure and refreshing throughout. Was $16, marked down to $10 and that is a price I’d buy at again…
Bought Because: I was perusing the K&L clearance rack… Wine Geek Notes: Stainless steel fermented, eight months on the lees, imported by Massanois, screw-top

Wonderful aroma of green fruits/ stones. Not as luscious in the mouth, but a wonderful wine.

Fresh, minerally, tangy, plenty of acid. Riesling-like, some hardness but very refreshing.
