La añada 2000 es una de las grandes de la zona así que decidimos "estirarnos" y disfrutar de la evolución de esta joya de la repostería líquida. De color ámbar brillante. La nariz es seductora, golosa, con volumen, hay miel ligera, orejones, fruta confitada, corteza de naranja, almizcle, pasas sultanas, dátiles, humo, ... Y en boca tras una entrada intensa y un paso cremoso una acidez excepcional y una atractivos amargos completan una excelente definición. Dulzor equilibrado. Largo y evocador.

Fully mature now. Mature apples and botrytis on the nose. Full bodied with ample acidity but it is on the heavy side, almost too sweat for profiteroles.

Dark gold and fully mature. Complex nose of dried fruit, honey, lychee, caramels. Sweet. Oily and balsamic texture. Long and sweet finish, intense.
