  Première expérience avec un Soave de bonne qualité. Belle robe jaune doré assez prononcée. Au nez c’est fruité, poire, citron et floral fleur blanche et une trame épicée. En bouche c’est doux et soyeux grâce à la fermentation sur lies et on y trouve juste assez d’acidité pour lui donner une belle tenue. Il s’est bien conservé depuis 9 ans, aucune trace d’oxydation et n’est pas encore en déclin.

  Golden in color; citrus nose. Creamy lemon on the palate with bracing acids and lengthy finish. An excellent wine that bares no resemblance to the plonk sold as Soave during the 1970s - 1990s.

  Dorato ancora non intenso. Passibile di ulteriore invecchiamento. Naso cinereo, unito a pompelmo, cipria, tropicali, lieve piacevole marcescenza di frutto a polpa bianca, con punta focaia. Sorso sapido-fumè, all'attacco deciso e pungente, nello sviluppo sa avvolgere e terminare con nota floreale vagamente passita. Vino austero ma di notevole coerenza.

  Brassy gold. Nose is mild lemon-lime. Rich, bitter slate, smooth. Mid-palate is weak on opening but then a nice steely backbone develops, with floral overtones that lend a nice complexity. Medium long finish. Clean, very enjoyable.

  Colore paglierino intenso con riflessi oro-verdi.
  Pompelmo, pesca acerba a pasta bianca, bergamotto, timo fresco, salvia, una punta di cumino e sopra tutto una cappella dolce di petali di rosa.
  In bocca è molto sapido, all'attacco è attraversato da una trama di vibrante acidità, poi nel cavo orale si dimostra avvolgente, morbido e cremoso. Vino lungo, disteso, molto persistente.
  Positivamente sorpreso. Eccellente Soave, ad un punto di bell'equilibrio e notevole espressività. Mi pare possa affinare ancora anni senza cedimenti.
  Ottimo con una bella orata al forno con patate.
