  Nose of petrol, gunpowder, stonefrui, pear and chalk. Also hints of honey-dew melon. On the palate quite sweet for a kabinett but with good energy, almost tingling on the finish.

  Very fresh and still got that tingling energy. Drinks young, no real signs of development yet. Beautifully detailed. Medium sweetness for a kab. Impressive!

  Riesling Swag 2018 (Vlet Hamburg): Light yellow. Very balanced nose with white fruit and flowers, herbal notes, elegant. Also very balanced in the mouth, tastes more half-dry than sweetish (despite quite high residual sugar), the acidity is harmonius. Very fresh.

  Will refrain from scoring this lovely wine, my first sweeter riesling (have no referece point so would hardly helpful to anyone). I said sweet, however the acidity beautifully balace the wine. A very clean and focused wine going down way to easy. Petrol, citrus and pear with a long lingering finish.
