  • (Probably from the early 1990’s)
Deep golden yellow colour with a fine stream of bubbles and a mature nose showing marmalade, honey and roasted bread. Freshness on the palate combining lime acidity with some marmalade notes and a touch of honey flowers on the finish in a very pleasant way.

  • Abundant foam; Golden Yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage.
Intense+ at nose, medium complexity, but fine. Bread crust, hazelnuts and mineral: gypsum and metallic hints.
Dry, medium rounded, High acidity and good minerality. Intense, persistent and fine.
Coherent with nose, but with a strong oxidative note (I don't know if wanted or because it waited 4 y. in cellar). G&M: 14,5/20

  • Medium golden yellow, clear.
Not a pronounced nose of apples. toast and yeast.
Each sip brings a massive amount of mousse in the mouth.
The taste is of tight crisp green apples with a long toasty/yeasty finish.
It seemed to evolve during the evening, becoming less tight towards the end.
Good stuff, but don't feel its worth the €49 I paid for it.
