Showing really well at 11 years old. From a magnum. White flowers on the nose. The palate was more like a fine Corton Charlemagne with flavors of brioche, white toast and toasted oak. The finish was rich. Overall an excellent aperitif wine for our Thanksgiving dinner.

Very typical mid tier central coast chardonnay, and in my opinion one of the better ones in this price range. Tropical fruit nose, rich mid palate. Typical vanilla oak tannins on the finish, but not too overdone. A bit of heat on the finish. Best with rich and flavorful somewhat spicy foods to counter the intense simple flavors of the wine. Went well with cummin coated roast pork with cabbage and mustard.

Still drinking nice. Balanced but ready. Maybe on the decline. I remember it being better. Not too acidic.
