Deep golden colour. Pronounced taste of dried apricot, dried mango, honey, ginger, marmalade and mushrooms. Pronounced taste of dried apricot, dried mango, sweet marmalade, honey, ginger and mushrooms. Long and sweet finish. Medium acidity. Medium body. A very good and well aged Sauternes. Goes well with cheeses and desserts based on tropical fruits.

2022 TerClim Conference, Bordeaux; 7/4/2022-7/8/2022 (Bordeaux, France): Rich, sweet. Apricot, orange marmalade. Touch of honey, barleysugar. Quite young. Balanced by good fresh acidity. Unctuous. Lovely medium gold colour.
Actually paired well with charcuterie!

Medium bodied, fresh, sweet and almost bright, the honeyed orange apricot, vanilla and spicy notes are starting to shine.

Tasted next to 2015. Not too different stylistically, just a little more evolved. More open and less primary, not very complex, but well made. 90-92
