  • Appearance: Bright and clear, medium (-) intensity lemon in colour and watery rims and legs.
Nose: Clean, with medium intensity and youthful aromas of lemon, apple, pear, walnut, butter, cream and flint.
Palate: Dry, with medium and lively acidity. Medium in alcohol and medium (+) bodied, with medium intensity flavors of lemon, nutty, butter, green apple and pear. Finishing with a medium length.
Conclusion: Good quality Chablis premier cru with a well-balanced structure, ample of complexity on the nose and a reasonably intense palate. Still young and not much maturity characters exhibited, the wine has got sufficient acidity and flavors to demonstrate capability in further development, with also a reasonable length. Ready to drink now though can benefit from further ageing of another 4-6 years.
