Do you find this review helpful? Yes - No
Pours dark and got my hopes up. Taste is medium bodied and finish is loamy with that earthy/woodiness that typically comes with cheaper Bordeaux. Drinkable, not lovable.--Consumed at at cellar temp: 60°-65° F. Friends don't let friends drink red wine at room temp!
Good; needed some air
This is a really great blend. Very balanced. The nose has a good deal of fruit.
Fennel, cassis, a little red fruit, menthol, and dried herbs. Black fruit on the palate with licorice. Nice structure. A little hot on the end.
