Wine Reviews: California Cabernet Sauvignon: Delicate, dark blackberries and raspberries showing just a slight confectionary quality. The nose is extremely perfumed, showing delicate potpourri, tobacco, and vanilla. On the palate, the wine begs for time -- with huge, huge tannins and an endless finish.
Pop and pour. This had lovely softness on the nose and palate. The nose had a real cool note impression to compliment the chocolate covered cherry aromas. The palate is rich and refined with great tannic structure and acid. A rich wine to be sure but lovely balance.
