Corey and Linda NYC lunch: revelation of the day. mineral, apples and stone. sexy mid, ripe granny smith apples. so bright and full of life. delicious and qpr!!
So good. Savory celery, chicken fat and grilled squash notes with a bit of sweetness like sweet corn and wonderful acidity. Not cloying, very versatile good wine that is pretty young at 7 years. Serious, refined and on the way up for sure.

Clear, medium intensity, lemon green color. Initially some slight spritz in the glass.
Clean, youthful nose with a medium(+) intensity. Right off the bat green pear galore. There's also aromas of lime, elder flower, green apple, honey comb, rubber hose and fresh grapes.
Off-dry on the palate with a high, steely, acidity and medium(-) body. Medium(+) intensity with loads of green pear, green apple, elder flower, fresh grapes and steel. The finish is medium(+) and ends really dry with a delicious grape fruit note to it.
Reminded me a lot of Eden Valley Riesling but with a hint of sweetness. That limey, steely acidity is really ripping. Really fun and tasty wine! Still in it's youth and has lots of potential for further developing.

Still drinking nicely. Paired well with mild-spiced tomato pie and smoked pork roast

Another time around with this lovely wine. Maybe the best bottle yet: it's more open and rainwater-fresh than ever.
