{Bottle 3 of 12, bought on release, sound cork, perfect fill} Lovely nose, initially full of crisp red (dark red, but red) fruits with tart edge, which rounded out after ~ 2 hours. Good to excellent depth and length on palate. Very pinote, struck me as typical Jadot Ursules with a flavor set that included a sort of lean, leathery note early on, gone at two hours and replaced with a wealth of fruit. This bottle, and last 2, needed air.

Tasted over 2 hrs, bottle from secondary market -med dark red, mild bricking -faint reduction quickly blows off, expressive black cherry iron -med acidity, med/med- weight smoky faded black cherry faint sousbois mineral, med- tannins -this has a pleasant convergence of the nicely balanced soft darker fruit of the vintage, the mild rusticity of the village and the somewhat lush style of the producer; in a good place now, no hurry, better than prior bottles over the past 5 years

Half. Second from the case. First bottle four and a half years ago was very plush. In the intervening years this has shed some gloss, and the damson fruit has matured a bit. The texture is now more of a dense silk. Just starting to transition from primary to secondary. Good acidity and plenty of stuffing on the finish. Very drinkable now, but ideally come back in a couple of years. ****

Tasted over 2 hrs, bottle from secondary market -med red mild bricking -expressive Burg funk sweet dark fruit mild sous bois -med acidity, med/med- weight, faded ripe dark pinot fruit earthy and finishes with a residue of sweet oak, med tannins just a bit harsh -quite pleasant sitting nicely on its mature plateau

Very very nice. Mature and plenty of sous bois but still some sweet dark cherries.
