(Casa Lapostolle Sauvignon Blanc (Casablanca Valley)) A pale wine. An attractive grassy, white fruit nose, with a background mineral quality to it. Slightly pétillant on the palate. It has fresh pear drop acidity, and a fruit gum sweetness. An unusual style.
