  Nez assez expressif de buis, croûte de fromage lavé, fruits exotiques (ananas), légère note banane, mais note de buis/un peu pipi de chat me gêne sur l'ensemble. Bouche sur les mêmes arômes, un peu lâche, manque de peps avec un creux au milieu, reprend de l'énergie ensuite sur une finale plus dense avec un bon retour de fruits exotiques. Pas ma tasse de thé pour être honnête

  Tre år senare till samma middag av laxfrikadeller. Detta ha nu nått ännu högre, fantastiskt. Finner inte ord.

  Wish I had more! Fantastic pairing with delicate lemon butter grilled Chilean sea bass. Plenty of acidity, lemon curd, a hint of peach, and a dash of salinity. Also interesting enhancement to a few ginger snaps for dessert.

  The honeysuckle accent riding on top of the fresh, bright, clean, crisp yellow citrus and grapefruit hits the spot. Medium-bodied with good lift and a blast of juicy citrus in the finish, this is in its prime-time drinking window.
