Much rich dark black cherry fruit here. Lots of structure too. Pounded it none the less but it does deserve more time in the cellar. Hold for another two years if you can (which I can't) and then maybe, maybe start drinking.

Tight cedary raspberry--I'd've guessed Passetoutgrain blind. I think this needed a couple years. Cherry kirsch but no '09 overripeness or burn, still feels primary.
