  Apparence rouge brique, densité moyenne. Nez moyennement expressif, ca "ne pinote pas beaucoup". fruit rouge framboise, légèrement anisé (fenouil), notes d'élevages imperceptibles, raisin de corinthe sec.
  Le vin se distingue en bouche par l'ampleur et la sensation d'équilibre, acidité, tanins, sucrosité et alcool. En continuité des odeurs oercues, flaveurs de framboise et de raisin sec. On ne percoit pas l'alcool (enfin un vin sous les 13%). Vraissemblablement au sommet en terme de maturité. Ca se boit bien et on en redemande, une excellente valeur QP.
  Malheureusement plus disponible ç la SAQ, même en millésime récent.

  12.5% - Clear, med to light ruby / clean, med- intensity - redcurrant, dry leaves, gamey, nutty / dry, med+ acidity (a little bit astringent), med to light body, low grainy tannins, med to low intensity, med- length. Quite austere, some anise notes.
  First impression: that doesn't meet the expectations of a 1er cru level... but will see what the next hour reserves... (86)
  
  On day 2: this one just needed some patience and time to breathe, it remained intense on the earthy notes and game meat, the acidity became refreshing rather than astringent and the length (med+) was quite surprising on the palate in comparison to last night. Finally, that one ends up being a good QP and I'm just glad that I haven't finished the bottle on day 1. I guess timing is everything... (88+)
