Found this wine in the cellar and was not shure if it goes straight into the Risotto or if it's still alive. I was quite surprised to find an interesting wine under it. Shure, you need to like old wines, but the unexpected acidity kept it alive, even with some Sherry (Fino) notes and some citrus fruit. My wife didn't like it, so we used her share for the Risotto.

Made from the Campanian fiano grape variety. Rather slight on the nose. But it has a good full attack. Clean with good fruit. Definitely interesting.
