  1900 bottles produced. Full body, mature garnet color. Intense black fruits, balsamic notes and spicy wood aroma. Raspberry jam, blueberry and dried plum palate with long mineral finish. Rich and complex, bold and saturated texture, well balanced, gentle acidity and sweet tannins. Food friendly, best match is meat dishes. Serve 18º - 20º. Open about half hour ahead. Drink now

  Full body, mature garnet red. Intense wild berries and spicy wood aroma. Raspberry confiture's first attack passing to blueberry and dried plum on the palate, long mineral and spicy finish. Impressive, rich and saturated, bold but velvety texture, complex and well balanced, gentle acidity, completely integrated tannins, too sweet. Food friendly but this complex wine need really good cuisine, best match is stewed meat or stuffed peppers or Mediterranean salads with salt cheeses and balsamic flavoring or matured hard cheeses. Serve 18º - 24º. Open about one hour in advance. Completely matured, drink now and next four years, perhaps more.

  This is one of the great wines ever made in Israel, after 11 years it still hav a lot of life in it and I belive and can last at least 5-7 more. we drunk it over 5 hours and it just got better. Dark red color, red barries and very long finish. shame it is my last bottle

  quality tertiary old-world wine aromas with earthy & fruity notes
  full bodied, ripe fruits, firm tannins, good acidity, excellent harmony, well balanced, powerful, deep fruity-earthy flavors, excellent finish.
  The wine seems at its peak.
