  Inky dark ruby, starts out a little jammy and oaky, but settles down with a little open time and air into a good, bold fruit and body wine. More bottle age will not harm this one.

  Inky, dark ruby, nose of iodine, licorice. Dry with smooth tannins on the tongue, light acid to balance the tannins, bold, but not too, fruit with a very good and smooth mouthfeel. Cherries with iodine on the back, just a tinge of tannins to finish. Trey does some good work. I could drink this all night for 24 bucks. In a perfect place now.

  Not quite as smooth as remembered maybe needed more air, but still very solid and enjoyable Cab holding up well with plenty of life left.
