Non-descript CDR on day 1; by day 2 had a more interesting earthy nose develop. Flavors good, but not interesting. Paired with roast pork. Would not seek out, but for the $ a decent wine.

Reduced to the hilt for the first 3-4 days, like someone cracked an egg found in a chicken coup that had been abandoned for a score and dumped into the bottle. Then at day 5, it metamorphosed into a very intriguing and acidically extracted tasty, dark, and flavorful wine. It went really well with teriyaki chicken, and other spicy food, once the sulfides blew off. Interestingly enough, it had quite a bit of sediment for only a 2 year old wine

Took several hours to open up. First glass very flat,
After aerating for 3+ hours better, but still subtle fruit

Not bad. Flavors of cherries and raspberry, and a tart acidity. Decent food wine, but not interesting on its own.

reductive, indeed! Major change from other bottle, but it blew off after a while and was fairly enjoyable for the money.
