Forest fruit nose with yoghurt character, blue florals and a touch of dough. Medium bodied and frizzante on the palate with nice charcoaly moussé, quinine-like bitter qualities and some drying tannins. Green apple, citrus and forest fruit. Long refreshing finish. Very nice, but maybe just a bit too elegant. Maybe.
