Light straw colour. Savoury, nutty nose. Medium weight, reasonably rich, a little fat initially, pears, some candied flavour on the finish. Tightened up with some time in the glass, more acidity, citrus and became more focused. Nice tight long finish. Good drinking now with a bit of air and punching above its weight.
Very enjoyable wine.. Lemon, limestone and a hint of sulfur on the nose. White peach, maybe a hint of apricot on the palette. Crisp, refreshing. Saint-aubin offers some good value, this is a wine Ill buy again.
