Consumed over 2 days, note from day 2. Nose: Medium expressiveness, lemon butter, citrus, and crushed rock. Palate: Medium bodied, sweet citrus fruit attack - lemonade and grapefruit, zesty tanginess takes over mid-palate and combines with the crushed rock mineral component to dominate a medium length finish.

Unscrewed and poured, consumed over 2 hours. Nose: Light to medium expressiveness, lemon, minerals, and crushed rock - not very interesting. Palate: Much more impressive than the nose - good balance with a sweetness versus acidic battle right up front that works very well joined by citrus and a slightly creamy vanilla hit through the mid-palate to back-end. Finish: Medium length with lemony fruit dissipating quickly leaving a mineral sensation which lingers for 20 to 30 seconds. In summary, the nose blows - but the palate and finish flourish.

Popped and poured, consumed over 2 hours. Nose: Medium expressiveness, lemon grass, grape fruit, and creamy vanilla. Palate: Nice balance, sweet tropical fruit - mango and pears, creamy smooth with residual sugar. Simple, but very enjoyable Sauv Blanc - good stuff.

Medium-to-full body. Rich lemon on the palate. A broad-shouldered white, but with nice tangy acidity as well.
