(EFESTE Riesling Evergreen Vineyard Columbia Valley) The aromatics draw you in with mineral, citrus, and lime. Beautifully stitched together on the palate with a dry, textured feel with honeyed accents. Fermented and aged in stainless steel. 11.52% alcohol. 1.51 g/100ml Residual Sugar. 1,200 cases produced.

At 9 years, this wine is holding up very well. Slightly off dry with hint of RS. Strong varietal qualities of wafting petrol on the nose, good acidity and balance. A fine effort from Wash state at a very fair price.

I liked this better than my last tasting (scored 87 points). Bracing acidity, notes of apple, citrus and occasional hints of spice. Starts dry and finishes sweet.
