Nose got better with air. Red fruit (cherry), a green stems character and later on some subtle dried roses. Palate was still tight, but showing sappy fruit with good density. The medium+ finish confirmed the quality. Still in a young phase this wine is already showing a nice future. I would leave it at least +3 years and give it a sufficient amount of air.
At L'Etranger restaurant in London. Bright, youthful red colour. Fruit and acidity mask a firm structure and sweet tannins. Cherry and rasberry taste and a long lingering finish; way too young to drink now but still very pleasant
