dark red color brown rim, closed when opened but 10 minutes later earth, black fruit, but still fairly quiet. 3 days late chocolate , spice, earth, complex. 3 more days more fruit, long finish. still alive morecomplex delicious.
My best bottle yet? Nothing but candied red fruits and flowers on the nose, but far more on the palate - such as white pepper and sage. A perfect amount of acidity - just enough for food. 20+ second finish. Amazing this was only about $17 on release.
