  A lot of blood orange here, including that fruit's muskiness, which I loved. A dewy, sweet freshness without the wine actually being sweet, that carries through on the smell. Long rosewater finish. Some biscuit.

  Ganske så kraftig rødfarge, nesten julebrus.
  Litt spesiell på duft med kirsebær, vannmelon, tydelig malo og noe gummiaktig.
  Halvfunky, men tiltalende alikevel.
  Mer intensitet på nesen enn NV og 2007 Millesime.
  Relativt moden på smak med god konsentrasjon. Her er det mer frukt enn de andre, men mangler litt av nerven.
  Denne er litt rundere i kantene.
  Lang finish, og faktisk et lite tanninbitt.
  Meget spesiell og ikke for alle, men jeg liker den. 90p
  Konklusjonen her er at dette er særegne viner som er mer drevet av jordsmonnet enn av frukten.
  Ikke noe instant crowdpleaser, men spennende og interessante.
  Viner som vokser på deg!

  I liked this a lot more when I had it a few years ago. Time in the bottle hasn't helped it; it has a rather red fruited character, but it's also rather ripe and lacking the cut and finesse that I'm looking for and usually expect from Ledru. Fun, not great, and certainly not worth the price.

  Bright, clear sockeye salmon. Profuse small bubbles, I liked it best not too cool and after a swirl. Nose of savory red fruits and spicy apple. The palate is strongly of black grapes, almost chewy with light tannins and modest (for Champagne) acids. The finish is long and refreshing, and slightly saline.
