Excellent bottle. Deep yellow, no real oxidization. So nicely balanced. A little rich, a little fruit, a little acid,
As an aside, I bought this bottle from Garagiste -- seems to invoke a love/hate response. Whatever you think, Garagiste touts provenance, and this wine is a testimony to that. An entry-mid level w. Burgundy, over 10 years old drinking like a champ. And -- this bottle was in my office for a year -- constant 70F, which means that it had to arrive in great shape.

Perfectly mature, low acid, but thoroughly delicious. No sign of premox, but I wouldn't wait much longer to drink. Definitely a crab/shrimp/lobster wine. Lanolin, apricot, and plumeria on the nose, with a lovely viscousity and stone fruits on the palate.
