It's now fading a bit, but this chard still has residual fruit and acid balance to ensure that it's drinkable almost 5 years out. A seafood paring would still make for an enjoyable meal!

Solid chardonnay, lots of buttery oak, nose improved with some air, lemon and apple notes, nice complexity and finish.

Agree it's past its prime but still enjoyable. It's mellow and does have some interesting layers. Would buy again, but a later vintage.

I did enjoy this wine. Not especially complicated, but nice tropical fruit flavors.

Downward side of drinking window now, not enough structure or mineral to brace dwindling fruit.
