  Very good, but we probably waited to long. Lots of sediment. Not offensive, but very neutral, calm and enjoyable. Last in our cellar of this year and it served us well.

  Have not tried a bottle in over 5 years and it is still drinking nicely. The cork broke upon extraction so I decanted using a vinturi and let it sit for two hours. Dark fruit on the nose, the palate is dark berries, tobacco, with hints of cassis running through the finish which is moderate to long. Served with some chesseburgers and sausage off the grill.

  Tobacco ash, Barnyard, cherries and chocolate. Went well with charcoaled NY Strip Steak
