    (Domaine William Fèvre Chablis 1er Cru Vaulorent) Light green-tinged yellow color; very appealing, tart green apple, tart quince, lime, ripe pear nose; delicious, tart green apple, lime, mineral palate; should age well for 10-15 years; long finish 92+ points (50% French oak, 50% stainless steel vats)
