Bright med + acids with mod. body and alcohol, mod + finish of oyster shells, meyer lemon, wet forest, scallop meat, old damp towel, white water, minerals, wood spices of white pepper, mace, and anise with a touch of green apple skin on the nose. Feminine style and lovley acids, though much different then the 'morgeot' vineyard. Drinking well, showing nice signs of developed earthy notes.

(Gagnard Jean-Noël Chassagne-Montrachet Les Caillerets) Wow - don’t often drink from a jeroboam! Medium-pale yellow colour. The nose is understated but relatively fine - gives the impression of being very young. The palate has lots of interest and character - just as important, appears very well integrated. A very nice personality to this wine.
