  aroma - vanilla, egg, pineapple; taste - juicy, tart, crisp, little creamy on end, not oaky

  *(12.5%) Alto Adige is a region I’ve always wanted to explore further so I was excited to try this one. Nicely aromatic with a floral, rocky nose. Rich and lush on the palate with tropical fruits, peaches and green apples along with a citrus edge that fade to a lasting, spicy finish. Nice balance and acidity throughout.   Crisp and clean, touch of light straw in color with aromatics of pear and white peach. Palate has some good complexity, picking up the flavors in the nose, plus some granite-like minerality, a touch of herbs and some green vegetable (not in a bad way). Nice balancing acidty. Really improves with some heat in the glass, and finishes clean and long.

  The nose showed tart apple and herbs. On the palate, it was soft with apple and pear with fresh acidity. The finish was long and fresh.
